I received Great Service AGAIN at the Prince Frederick MD Verizon Store. Lately, I feel like I have been in the Prince Frederick Verizon Store as much as Starbucks an Panera in Southern Maryland and that is saying a lot.
For the third time in the last month or so, the Verizon Store in Prince Frederick MD has given me and my Folks GREAT Service. Like a TEN. Like off the charts. Like Really Special Treatment. Like WOW!
Round one was when I had purchased a mi fi but learned after wards, before installing it and before learning that Verizon was about to intro the iPAD in to their product line, that this would disqualify me for the mi fi and iPAD Package savings. The Manager guided me through the steps so I would be aok the day the iPAD hit the shelves. True to his word, I navigated that almost costly blunder successfully. I also made a mental note then to arrive there the first day the iPHONE ever hits the Verizon shelves.
Then my Dad saw my iPAD and HAD to have one. So round two at Verizon in Prince Frederick MD, he and I met with another Manager who navigated us through setting up gmail, setting up the mi fi, and getting fully operational before we left the store. Again, we were happy campers.
Round three was tonight. Gerry Rolfe was our Verizon rep. We were a handful. Yep, two handfuls. Maybe three. Two hours later, and one hour after quitting time, we again left the store with every issue handled successfully by Gerry. My Dad even offered to come back but Gerry wanted us to have all of our issues addressed. We upgraded a text plan, corrected some incorrectly programed numbers, changed ring tones, purchased accessories, paid advance mi fi charges, and even accomplished more if I could remember all he did in TWO Hours... one hour of which was past closing.
Little did they know I have been blogging nonstop to an army of Realtors who just may have a few gazillion iPAD requests in to the North Pole. Just in case you need to know, Verizon is the place to go. And Gerry Rolfe in the Prince Frederick MD location, he's your Verizon rep to get if you need patience, more patience, cheerful, more cheerful, helpful, more helpful and an overall TEN for service. Two Seniors and one mouthy daughter and TWO hours later, all of our Verizon needs were met. So to all 200,000 Realtors of us on this venue, a BIG round of applause for this Verizon rep in Prince Frederick MD and for this Verizon SERVICE oriented iPAD and mi fi Provider.
