An average of 336 Barnegat homes were for sale in November, 2010, roughly the same as October...and no matter which way you shake it, the Barnegat housing market is tough! Prices and sales are down.

I think the decease in the number of Barnegat homes sold in November 2010 as compared to 2009 is due to a could be due to last year's November 30 cut off for the first time home buyers tax credit.
Of the homes sold 4 were in Barnegat adult home communities, one was a Barnegat Crosswinds condo, and 2 were Barnegat new construction homes, selling for $252,352 and $265,238...a far cry from Barnegat new home sale prices just a few months ago.
