White Rock Marathon
After 11 months of training for 1/2 and full marathons......I completed my first full marathon!!!
Exciting....challenging....lots of self discipline, but it all paid off in the end.
Thank you to my running buddies, friends and family that encouraged me over the year and came out to the actual race on Sunday. Thanks to the complete strangers on the sidelines of the roads for cheering for a complete stranger but making him feel like a personal friend that day.
Not taking anytime off, training for two upcoming 1/2 marathons this spring. If you live in the Dallas area and you pass a runner, you never know but it may be your activerain buddy.
