Current Inventory is 9.54 months. Comparison to last month: Increased from 7.04 months. Comparison to this month last year: Increased from 7.28 months.
Average Days on Market were 105. Comparison to last month: Increased from 99 days. Comparison to this month last year: Increased from 78 days.
So what do all these numbers mean?
The good thing for sellers during this period is this...the buyers that are out looking are serious buyers. They are not just out to look at your Christmas decorations! Taking a look at our current inventory in Ascension Parish, those buyers have a lot to choose from. Make sure your home is in tip top shape and price right.
