11 Comments on The Financial Lessons I Have Learned From This Recession and The Way It Changes How I Sell Real Estate
I enjoyed reading your post and I have printed your post to use for my business planning. The best part of your post for me is too remember not to waste my time on clients who are uncooperative.
I am glad you did Cynthia, the realization that conducting business with unmotivated people is expensive is a lesson in itself. Thanks for the visit.

Thanks for the post!! Tough market out there for all to learn to survive in! Good points especially good move #4 analyzing business expenses!!
This is an excellent post! Thanks for sharing this with your friends on Blogger's Choice.
I am so glad that your 'good moves' outweigh your 'bad moves'!. Great post...
Frank & Karen This market has made me look deeper into what I do, another lesson in itself.
Lola You are most welcome, thank you both for your visit.

Excellent post. I learned from a very good friend the first lesson and it worked for many years. Unfortunately this long depression took everything. But is time to start again, like the lesson itself. Thank you, Antonio.
Antonio – Big-Bad-Bank froze my equity line too … but not before I wrote a big-fat-check to myself taking the line to the limit. Bank sends me invitations to pay it off in full and they will shave off $10,000. Ha – kiss my bootie Big-Bad-Bank!
“This situation will change, and it can not get any worse than what it has been.” My friend, inasmuch as the short sales go … I’m going to disagree with you on this one. It will and continues to get much worse ... causing me to look deeper into what I do!
Dear Kathleen, I don't want to think that this market can or will get worse! I cannot afford it! I am listing short sales "on request only" I am out there looking for the so-called "regular sales" I am putting my chips on surviving the old fashion way: knocking on doors, holding Open houses to meet buyers and staying alert so I don't let "professional buyers" waste my time. Thanks for your visit my friend, always a pleasure getting your input.
