Do You Know The Secret Ingredient For Passion In Your Life?

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty 0575737

Little ChefWhether you are baking cookies, running a real estate business, assisting children this time of year with a Christmas gift tree, bringing out Meals on Wheels on a Thursday afternoon, or wining and dining with your "special someone" you probably do it for the internal pleasure and enjoyment you get out of it. But

Do You Know The Secret Ingredient For Passion In You Life?

You know passion. That inner feeling of this is really good stuff. I love this thing, activity, person, or with work would even do it for free. Look at areas you could check your passion. Are you where you want to be, working at what you want to do with the people you want to work with, spending time with people you want to be around, living where you want to, loving your occupation or career? This for sure is a work in progress in all areas, and we do never seem to hit on all cylinders at one point in time.

BUT, the missing ingredient to KNOW you have passion about something or WITH someone?

                ENTHUSIASM.

NOTHING great was ever achieved or held without enthusiasm. It helps you get through the highest level of difficulties that pop up naturally with your endeavours.

LOVE that you are making cookies. Why? You are just so enthusiastic about it. You KNOW. You are PASSIONATE. Plus they taste good!! SMILE

Joan: With the life throwing curves at us if you still have enthusiasm remaining you get past them. When the enthusiasm wanes I do think it is time to find the NEXT thing you can be enthusiastic about. Life keeps changing.

Karen: Gratitude will carry you a long way in keeping that enthusiasm at a high level and not getting discouraged.

Mahesh: Thank you.

You know Gary- I just had one child and later became the step mom to two boys, but my passion has always been children.  I'm very fulfilled in that passion by teaching Sunday School.  I have gotten to "claim" hundreds of children over the years.  I'm so excited for their accomplishments and to watch them grow.  Earlier this year when one of "my" girl who is a young nurse went to Haiti I know I was as proud as her own mom.

So I am happy to say that I have that passion about something and it's been such a reward in my life.

"Do I have to do it?" or "Do I want to do it?". If something is part of my plan and it excites me, I will always continur with enthusiasm. Rewards are not only monetary.

Hi Gary, A wonderful and a great message. Teaching ones self that being enthusiastic is a choice, and with it, we can often influence the outcome of any situation. An example in our real estate business might be If a client ever has a problem or issue during or after the home sale or purchase, being enthusiastic about dealing with it in a timely manner can change the course of your business history, especially as it may be the very thing that influences that client to refer you to others. Tackling it asap shows the client you meant what you said when you told them you help them you loved the business and would help them through the process.

Hi Gary...I believe I was born with an abundance of it. I've always had a real zest for life.  There's so much to experience and to explore, people to meet, places to go, things to do how can life ever be boring.

Gary, how did you get to be so smart? What a wonderful message. It is painful to watch people who are without passion, without enthusiasm. And when I myself feel that way it is truly painful.

Another fantastic post by my LC!

You hit that right on the nose.  If you have passion or enthusiasm for what you do, it will show.  Plus, you will get great results.
