We recently held our MEGA MILLIONAIRE REAL ESTATE seminar and presented a complete turn key solution to help Realtors get more business and not spend a penny in advertising. I was speaking to an agent who did not attend but called me to inquire about the program. As I explained the concept she interrupted me and said..."You know flyer's don't work, in fact they are crap"

Wow what a response. I simply told her your right. They don't work, just please don't tell the agent who we just referred a deal to and they collected a $6900 pay check they don't work, because they may not deposit their commission check and think it was a big hoax.

I was so relieved to that she was able to bring me to earth and ground me. Just think if she hadn't told me that they don't work, then we would have just gone on helping our agents get leads, deals, and big fat pay days!

The point of the story is that if you believe it won't then it won't. If you believe it can't then it can't. Thank God we don't believe it can't and won't! We believed the system would work and it did. Go figure.

You advertising doesn't have to be fancy, expensive, and all over, it just has to work.

Tim, you're absolutely right.  You must stay positive and brush off the negative people that come around you. It sometimes amazes me how many agents there are that are negative and still seem to be in this business.

It's always the agents that DON'T attend the continuing education course and seminars that love to tell those of us that do, what will work and what doesn't.   They're also the first to call for the cliff notes because they're to busy not doing anything to go to the seminar in the first place. 

 Keep printing those flyers.

Sometimes big, ugly, yellow crap just needs tweaking to work.  And yes...if you don't believe it will work...you're right.  What you expect is exactly what you will get.
