Kathleen ~ your report is easy to read and contains good information. This area still has more than double regular sales than distressed/foreclosed homes. That is better than many areas in the US.

Dawn, I appreciate your keen observation. County-wide our market is holding steady. We do have areas within the county where the exact opposite is the case. Thanks for stopping by!
