There's a great deli a block away from my newest project (a topic for an upcoming blog post). When I was in there today, this cup and sign were sitting right next to the cash register. Yes, the employees wanted tips... and when they make their point so cleverly and originally how can I help but contribute. But don't take my tip as an indication that I fear change. That's one of the reasons I love my real estate career... for someone who views change as an opportunity to grow, I can't think of a more rewarding profession!

Steve, I love it! When they are this creative and clever about requesting tips, how can you say no?
Steve,
That is a great sign and a great capture. Nice post. :)
Steve
The sign was funny!
But change is huge! Some people cannot embrace it. Other people just take it and run with it.
I'm more of the latter...which is probably why I'm still up on Active Rain tonight. :)
I, like you, view change as an opportunity to grow.
Very clever indeed. I would have tipped too! I always been one to welcome change in my work and life rather than try to fight it.Seems to work better that way and with less stress :)
Smart move on the part of the Clerk.
I don't tip the Barista clerk at Starbucks, nor any other Walk-Up Counter.
But for this, I might make an exception!
I bet this garners lots of attention and additional tips as a result of it.
Clever sales people...a real play on words and very apropos for these times.
Steve,
Nice job on getting the gold feature for this photo post. :)

Steve,
Congratulations. This post is now featured on "Speechless SUndays." :)
Steve
A novel idea! but I don't like to tip unless i am seated at the table and being waited upon. Merry Christmas and hope that new project is coming along well.
Steve, That is great! Very creative on their part. I'd love to know much their tips have improved since using this great sign!
Life is change....

Steve,
Love this sign, somebody that clever has to succeed...Thanks for sharing this with us. Wishing you continued success, All the best, A
Great video and great blog idea!
Love it, love it. Hard to believe a deli can get away with that in Dallas Texas though!!
Love the sign! How Clever. Change is good and as you said, a way to grow.
Steve: There are so many who fear change. So many who adamantly cling to the status quo... regardless of whether or not staying in that place is a good thing. Status quo is a familiar place. And even if it gets painful... at least many feel it's ok... 'cuz it's something they know.
Too cute, Steve! Love the pun and as Karen Anne said, that is seriously the fear of many and we have to overcome that fear in order to be successful! For me, it sucks!! LOL
Happy Holidays, cyber hubby!
❦ Steve, missed this back in Dec but caught your link on Doug's farewell post! Don't you just love creative people! Especially those who love change.
WHICH is what we're all seeing around here...
It is the only constant in our lives isn't it?
