Bowling tournament planned!
Houston Metro Go Texan Committee for Alvin/Pearland will host a bowling tournament and silent auction Sept. 15 at Pearland Bowling Center, 3412 East Broadway. Registration begins at 11 a.m., with bowling at noon. Cost is $25 in advance or at the door, but bowlers who pre-register will receive a free T-shirt.
The Horses and Horsepower Car Show will be held in conjunction with the bowling tournament. Registration for the car show is from 9 to 11 a.m. with a $25 fee.
