Have Faxes Sent to Your Email Revisted

By
Real Estate Agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty

I did a search here on faxes and noticed only a few posts on this topic.

I wanted to update you, in case some of you don't know about this service that we have been using for about a year now.

It is $3.95 a month with unlimited faxes. Also, if someone signs up and mentions that you have referred them, you each receive a month of service for free.

I am in no way affiliated with this company in anyway. A co-worker shared this with me and we are very pleased with the service.

It's a great tool because you don't have to be in the office to receive a fax. I can be in my home office or...

I can be in my motor home.

Why hang around the office waiting for a fax when you can be at your computer anywhere in the world.

Or chance someone in your office forgetting to call you when a fax arrives?

When we were in Aruba last year we were able to approve documents for our sellers and buyers just by signing on to our computer. The fax comes in as a .pdf file that you can save and then re-send out as an email.

Saves time, keeps you connected and doesn't cost much.

If interested click on the link to Packetel and start receiving faxes.

Jay, and to add to great fax services, our local Realtor association just added a free service where you can fax documents to an e-mail address.  All you do is fill out a coversheet with the e-mail address and within seconds, the receiver gets a .pdf file.   It helps when clients don't have access to a fax but do have e-mail.  Nice you are sharing these great tools.  What would we do without technology?

We have used e-fax for the past 4 years and love it. Our clients never get a busy signal trying to fax something. We can read it from the road, plane, beach etc. We also have the faxes sent to both Rich's and my emails, so either of us can deal with it. They also stay on the main server for a year. This was a huge benefit when Rich's briefcase, laptop and files were stolen recently. A fax he had downloaded and printed out was able to be replaced in a matter of minutes.

EFax is awesome!

It really keeps an offer confidential (not printed at a community fax maching in the center of the office for all to see ) and it also eliminates multiple printing so the clarity remains intact.

Definitely a must have.

We have efax as well.  If a client doesn't have a fax number, you can fax the document to your own efax and then forward them the email.

Very convenient!

exactly- whenever you need a file on the go- fax it to yourself. I have  listing file faxed to my efax for forwarding to the seller for their files.

I am sure there are many agents with good use of the gadget faxing docs to email format.

My recommendation for receiving faxes is www.packetel.com.

You receive unlimited incoming faxes for $3.95 per month. You get a local dedicated fax number and you receive your faxes via email.

The quality is great and I've never missed a fax, not to mention the savings on ink and paper. I've been using them for the past 4 years and haven't found a company out there that can match their service at that price. I only wish they allowed me to send faxes as well.

Here is the link to their website: https://www.packetel.com/Fax/faxServiceMain.asp?PromotionCode=ddctg27777

If you use the promotion code ddctg27777 , you will receive the first month free!
