Success quote for December 15, 2010

Good Wednesday Morning,

Today is December 15, and it will be a great day.

Each day I'll be posting a quote that will, hopefully be thought-provoking.

I thought it would be nice to help give us all a little added inspiration to our day.

Many of you are aware of the trials and tribulations that have befallen me over the last few years, including a near-death car accident that left me wheel chair bound for 7 months.

About a year after the accident (around May), I started to have some complications.  Not from the accident, but, I have been diagnosed with one of the rarest neurological disorders known.  I am one of about 25 people in the country who have this "disorder" and am continuously going through experimental treatments.

Sometimes I feel like an alien that has been sent to Area 51.  They're not sure what they have, however, they keep testing until something "sticks".

I am able to achieve this against the odds that I am given because of my attitude and belief that I can.

Well, today I'm going back in the hospital today at 10.  They are putting me in an observation room with 24/7 monitoring where I'll be hooked up to machines through wires on my head and cameras on me.

Did I mention that I feel like an alien that has been captured?

Here is the inspiration for the day.  Have a great Wednesday.

Jeffrey, I can imagine you must hate being in the hospital again.  I hope they figure out how to make things better for you.  You've been through so much already.  I'm keeping good thoughts that this hospital observation thing will reap good results!

Oh, and I love your inspirational quote today!  Thank you!

Hi Norma,

Attitude is everything, I agree.  I have to keep looking up, looking down does no one any good and I can't be of value as a person to my family.

Happy Holidays to you.

Hi Renee,

I think that's an excellent idea for the office, especially if some are not up to their expectations.

Act "as if"...

Hi Wende,

Yes, I hate having to be in the hospital again, but whatever it takes to help get better.

Keep those thoughts coming, I can feel them!
