Ever wonder how clients would rate you? You may feel that you’ve given great service throughout the years and would love to let potential clients know! A great way to do this, of course, is on a testimonial page on your website. The only down side is that visitors to your site know these testimonials are hand picked and you’re not going to put poor reviews on your site. So, how can clients get a true picture of who you are as an agent?
Zillow. Now, you may think that Zillow is basically for getting a “zestimate” of a home (which is what makes Zillow stand out in many agents’ minds); but there’s oh so much more! You can now get reviews from past and current clients on Zillow- which can be viewed by the millions of users that search Zillow on a daily basis.
Because RealSupport is committed to bringing agents the best and latest tips for Real Estate marketing; all of us were able to attend a webinar hosted by Zillow today, which some of you may have also attended. Featured on the webinar which was hosted by Brad Andersohn, were the Top Ten Coolest Zillow Tools. And, while seemingly minor compared to all of the other powerful tools, the one that stood out to me was the Agent Reviews section.
Everyone wants to see reviews of a product, service, or anything they are buying or buying into! The same is true for people choosing an agent. If we spend time looking up reviews on phones, cameras and restaurants; why wouldn’t people want to see the reviews of the person they’re entrusting with the sale or purchase of a home?! There are thousands of dollars at stake!
The first step is to make sure your Zillow profile is enhanced on your site. If you have a Zillow profile, their recent changes allow you to add additional information to your profile including social networking links, website and much more! This is a great way to ensure that those coming across your profile get all the information they can about you and your services.
Next, go to your profile and under your picture, click on Request a Review. (P.S. Another great feature is that you can click on Share Your Profile and easily share your Zillow profile with your Facebook and Twitter followers!)
This will take you to a form where you can fill in the past client's contact information and a brief personal message asking them to review your services.
You can also send a bulk email by filling out a form or share a direct link to your review form with clients.
Zillow makes it as easy as possible to begin generating your reviews! You’ll not only enjoy getting feedback, but it will boost your credibility to potential clients searching for a Real Estate agent they can trust! If you have any questions or are interested in other ideas for Real Estate marketing, feel free to contact us anytime!
Let us know if you currently have reviews or have sent out the request for the review in the past and how it’s working for you! If you haven’t had any reviews on Zillow yet; we hope these tips are helpful! You’ll be receiving raving reviews in no time!
