Looking for Ideas?

Services for Real Estate Pros with Retired Associate RE Broker

Ok, I was touring Realtor.org and I came across a great resource on their Rookie Page.  Does one need to be a Rookie to benefit from such ideas?  Absolutely not!  What is great that sometimes by going back to the basics you can become a big winner!  If you haven't been to http://www.realtor.org/ in awhile, take a chance an go over and learn something to help you jump start 2007!

You will need your NRDS id to log-in and see many of the articles, but that is a good thing!  It means that only those of us that are members of the National Association of Realtors can gain access to such great information.  Other Resources that might be helpful for you are:

Colleen,

Really good post!!  I LOVE the stuff on Realtor.org that's there for the taking as part of our membership!  There is SO MUCH stuff there that it's just amazing that it's all free to us!

Love the list of links you provided!  I already use some of them, especially Dave Beson and CFRE.  Great products!

I keep hoping for a "rookie" page here on the network. There are some blog posts that every new agent should read, but they'll never see them because they're old. A page for newbies could have them pinned by subject matter. -Charles

Someone actually called me and said why are you sharing with everyone?   For me, I have gotten so much that sharing back seems the only way to pay those that have given freely to me.
