What a wonderful Christmas parade it was this year in Uptown Whittier! The city had estimated an approximate 30,000 visitors and it sure looked like they were right on - the streets were lined with thousands of spectators watching over 150 entries parade down Greenleaf.
Many of Whittier's best known organizations, schools, businesses as well as public officials (including County representatives) took part in this great show of "Community Pride".

A big Thank You to the Whittier Uptown Association for putting on this spectacular event, to the Whittier Area Chamber of Commerce, to the great volunteers who helped make this happen, to all those who participated in the parade and to those who came out to watch.
