Monday December 13~ checked the expired listings in my targeted neighborhood, there were 2. Prepared Christmas Cards to my previous and potential clients. Marathon training in my Elle hat.
Tuesday December 14~ Lunch with my broker we discussed our plans for the remainder of the year. Wrote a letter to the expired listing owner. Prepared Door Hangers to "walk the streets" and hang on doors in my Specialty area. Marathon training with Elle hat and Elle t-shirt.
