Where Did I Put that Customer Relationship Manager?

Have you ever spent a whole bunch of time looking for something you have misplaced? You KNOW it should be right there, but it's not.

It's not in that pile, under that file, over there on the shelf, the dog didn't eat it, I have no idea where it is.

Even WORSE is I don't remember the name of it!

So, what I am looking for is an add-on to Microsoft Outlook to use for CRM. I found the one I wanted to use about a week ago. I downloaded the trail file and installed it. I opened it in Outlook and played with it, then I moved on to my next project.

Tonight, I sat down ready to really get it set up and running and I can't find it and I don't remember the name of it!!!

I have looked in Outlook (would that then be an Inlook?), checked my laptop, Binged and Googled for it (but since I don't know the name what good would running a search for it be?)

I am sure it is in here somewhere, but for the life of me I just can't find it!

Does anyone know the name of the Outlook Add-on that I am looking for???

I'll help. It's going to be in the last place you look before you find it.

I found it! It is called RECM - Real Estate Contact Manager. They offer a 30 day free trail, after that you can buy a license for $89.

It integrates right into Outlook. Now I am going to play with it...
