It's closing time!

It's Closing Time!

Everyone's favorite moment in the transaction - closing time - the inspections are done, the negotiations are over, the repairs are done, the liens are searched, the survey is complete, the money has been wired, the papers are signed, the deed is recorded, the keys are in the new owner's hands!

Some deals are much harder than others...this happy smile came after lots of huge mountains were scaled, and a few miracles appeared. Moving twice was one sacrifice, expensive well repair was another, and there were others, on the sellers and buyers parts.

But now the happy couple can move in this week.

It is all worth it to see those smiles!

Something special about the trip to the closing with that long long desk with all those chairs, pens that is made of genuine imitation wood where everyone shakes hands, laughs nervously, excitely and pass keys across the surface before pushing away. Like being there as a delivery room nurse or to get a patient through a major operation, it is neat as the guy or gal wearing the "R", the hardest working letter in the entire alphabet to be part of the process or to cause it.
