I have been working with several groups of people in the past week to help promote living in the downtown Dayton area and the benefits this type of living has to offer. Downtown unfortunately gets a bad rap from not only other agents, but the local media in general. The public school system and crime always seem to be making the headlines.
I have been conversing with residents as well as business owners on how we can change this image. Dayton has a minor league ball team, a wonderful new performing arts center and some of the most beautiful, renovated homes and lofts you have ever seen.
If you have ever worked on, or are currently working on a project like this in your community, any advice, help, or suggestions would be appreciated. I have been asked to help, and I'm asking you for your help as well.
