Feeling overwhelmed?  Step outside for a quick walk and instantly decompress.  Doing any outdoor activity for just 5 minutes is all you need to get a major mood and self-esteem boost.  And a big bonus on chilly days:  You will burn more calories!  As the temperature drops, your body has to work much harder to stay warm, so it uses more energy and burns more calories.  So, grab your coat and get moving...the lights can wait!
