Well, I reached a milestone.                                                      Zero Milestone in Washington, D.C.

Granted it's not a very BIG milestone, but one nonetheless.  10,000 points!  Whew hoo!  I am ranked 2nd in my market area and 28th in the state of Virginia.  (I need to recruit more members for the state!)  When I lived in Florida, I was ranked 143 in Jacksonville and some ridiculous number in the state.  Guess that gives me an edge!  I want to use this moment to recount some of my greatest accomplishments.  I had a featured post for an article entitled, Question Regarding Racist, Sexist, Slanderous Slurs...  Like an idiot, I erased the blog just in case the client ended up taking legal recourse (only after being advised to do so by other Rainers) when I SHOULD have just edited it and would have accomplished the same thing!  I would have reached my milestone a little while ago!  Now I know.  I have educated Charlottesville, VA on how Dr. Seuss ties in to the history at the University of Virginia in my blog entitled, Dr. Seuss and Charlottesville?

I have been able to enlighten new agents, answer questions regarding short sales, 1031 exchanges etc.  I have ranted and raved about service, met lots of new associates, learned about how to hold the "Perfect" open house...ok maybe not the PERFECT open house, but some great tips to get you there!  See List of 26 Open House Tips for Realtors®  & How to hold an effective "Traditional Open House"  Updated my profile, learned about news feeds and how to improve my visibility in search engines...All in all Active Rain has been a great resource and learning tool and I can't wait until 20,000 points!  Thank you everyone for all of your help and keep Raining!
