Shopping & Dining: There are local shops which provide the basic necessities for rural living. Larger stores, restaurants and super markets are within a 25 minute drive to Syracuse, NY.  

Parks/Lakes/Recreation: Pratts Falls Park, Highland Forrest and Camp Brockway are parks which provide picnic facilities for large and small groups, cross country skiing and hiking. There are 2 golf courses in Pompey (Delphi, Pompey Hills) and several others within close proximity.
