31 Days of December Challenge – This is April Hayden-Munson’s blog, Realtor ® in Brookfield Wisconsin.

 

Well, it’s the time of year to renew licenses and pay dues to stay a member of the Wisconsin Realtors ® Assocation.

 

In order to renew my Real Estate Brokers’ License in the State of Wisconsin I have to complete 18 hours of continuing education.

 

So, my Days 13 and 14 of this challenge were spent completing the education requirement and applying for my new License. 

 

This was really a review, for the forms here changed the beginning of last year and many of the items in the cont. ed. were a refresher.

 

Glad to have this complete so I can go back to doing work that helps put buyers and sellers together.
