The backdrop for our office party was a beautiful enclave of town home condos - centrally located off Long Ridge Rd in Stamford, CT. It was a great setting for the William Raveis Greenwich office party. Our VP, Beckie Hanley, along with another Raveis agent, scored the clubhouse, perfectly sized to produce an intimate, warm feeling that we can all appreciate. Lynette Clemens, the Greenwich office manager, also contributed as did quite a few other associates. Christmas brings out the best in people - you wish that life could always be this way.

At the moment, there is a pending sale for a unit that is selling for approximately $1.4M - using this as a benchmark, considering the demand, I would surmise that they would vary slightly depending on adjacencies, options and size.
