Ten days before Christmas and the snow has begun in Flagstaff! If this keeps up, we'll have a white Christmas. I spent most of the day in a conference room viewing the updated version of the Certified Distressed Property class that I first took 20 months ago. The good part was that I was doing it with RE/MAX Peak Properties colleagues and we could learn from each other's experiences in this market. On breaks, I worked on an escrow for a buyer of an REO, processed the listing of a short sale and spoke with a new client.
