North Palm Beach NPB Waterfront market picking up.

North Palm Beach Waterfront real estate market is picking up. In Prosperity Harbor and Harbour Isles Estate homes are selling in the $2,000,000 to $4,000,000 range. It looks like people with money aren't affected by the real estate in Florida when buying Waterfront Properties. Many people who live in North Palm Beach Florida on the Waterfront are looking at Bahama Waterfront homes as a second home or a great vacation get away. Must be nice to live that kind of lifestyle.

Sure- all of the sun in Florida and the Bahamas is great - but Finnland, that's where the fun REALLY is!

Hey Marc,

Finland sure is FUN and absolutely beautiful. What a blast i had. Although, it's not very pleasant there right now. It's cold and the snow is on its way. Summertime is OVER. No more hot summer days and nights sitting at the terraces appreciating the weather that comes around in the summer. We are definitely very fortunate to live in a one kind of season here......SUMMER!!! Even though it gets so hot and humid here. You don't have to worry about slipping on ice when you walk outside or having to shovel snow or even scraping ice from your car window. Somethings we just take for granted sometimes but, when you are in that type of environment you learn to appreciate some of the things we have here.
