By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams - BV 581856

There are currently sixteen homes for sale in the Northlake Forest subdivision.  Located just off Huffmeister and Spring Cypress, Northlake Forest has lovely lakes, great ammenities, and superb schools.  You will love the variety of floorplans available.  The homes range in size from 2000 sq. ft. all the way up to 4600 sq. ft.

While the homes are not new construction, there are some built as recently as 2006, so you will find most homes in Northlake Forest updated and/or low-maintenance!!

Of course, no one WANTS to move from Northlake Forest, but if you are in a postition where you need to move, call me!  I would love to help you in the sale of one of  your most important assets!  I will provide you with a free comparative market analysis.  OR perhaps you are just curious of your home's current market value.  I will provide you with a CMA, so you can protest your taxes if desired.

Hi Sonja, I haven't been in that subdivision.  What is the price range?  More and more I hear about people needing a house where they can commute to 290 and 529 or Jones.  This subdivision would fit nicely.

Hey Liz!! Generally speaking, the prices in Northlake Forest range from the upper 100s to the mid 300s.  However, if you check out the SOLDS for this past year...there have been some foreclosure homes that have sold for as low as the 130s.  Lowest price/sq. ft was $53 (the aforementioned foreclosure), while the highest price/sq. ft. was $88.  Northlake Forest  is a great subdivision!!
