Carova, NC: To Develop or not to Develop, that is the question

I have always made the stand that I am a resident FIRST and a Realtor second. The last thing that I want to see happen is for Carova to become a 4-wheel drive Whalehead. at the same time we have A LOT of undeveloped, privately owned lots, and I believe every lot owner has the right to build on their own land with in the limits of the law. What we need to do is to continue working on getting more lots turned into conservancy easements or donate them to the Wild Horse Fund. You could probably get more on the tax right off than you could on the open market.

I do see a time in the near future when the county puts a building moratorium up to stop all these 1/3 acre lots getting 6 bedroom septics and I think they'd be right to do so. In the meantime CALL ME. I have owners who want to sell, and they have as much right to do so as anyone else.
