boy with fish - neutze

September and October are great fishing months in Onslow County on the coast in Eastern North Carolina.  The water has cooled down and the fish are heading back to the inshore waters.

In the Fisherman's Post - Carolina's Salt Water Newspaper, Jeff Cronk of "FishN4Life Charters" gives the novice and  pro fisherman advice on

Hello Chuck,
Tell me about your Carolina youth??  Thanks for stopping by and leaving your comments.

Hi Carole,
That is a nice fish, isn't it?  I'm sure I do, I'll have to give that some thought though.  Thanks.

Fishing is a total waste of time when you are near the water you should be sailing not fishing. How is the sailing there? Any fool can fish but only a real fool can sail.

How I miss fishing! I was actually just thinking about getting my Brother, brother in law and my father together so we could go deep sea fishing off of the Oregon Coast like we used to do when I was younger. It seems with growing up our lives get busier and we don't do enough of the little things.

Good Morning Scott,
Come on now, fishing is a wonderful sport/hobby--give the guys a break.  Sailing is not all that big in my immediate area but Oriential, NC is very big on sailing.  In my area, it is mostly motor boats.

Rick,
My advice is pick up the phone right now and call your family and make the arrangements.  We put these things off and sometimes we wait until it is too late.  You know you all would have a blast.  Get with it guy! :0)

Thank you for your visit and comments.

Hi Jo,
Me too, it is so relaxing.  I used to go fishing with my Grandfather.  He did not mind if the fish were not biting, he just enjoyed the experience.  We had some awesome discussions during those excursions--I hold them dear to my heart.

Good morning Susan,
Yes, the thought of that fish baked with a little lemon juice & butter, what could be better?  Thank you.
