Sunday was my office Christmas dinner/party. It was lovely. I usually spend the day prior cooking, but this year I had to put that duty off on my husband. I had new (found me from a blog) clients in town and had to show property. I'm also happy to report that today we wrote an offer on the house we didn't get to see it Sunday (no lockbox code) and didn't get to see it Monday (no key in lockbox), but finally did get to see yesterday. And it's bank owned and with the same local hometown bank that my client is using to get funds and he's confident about his offer... we're having the inspection done tomorrow.... and we expect to close before the end of the year. YEAH! (An advantage to "small town" bank where they know your name)
While searching for properties recently via a new Zillow lead I came across the following description. Mind you... this is NOT in the agent remarks, but what the buyer sees on their handout.
So just for laughs....
or if you happen to want to buy a "fixer" near the college in Milledgeville, give me a call.
Or if you're looking for a house with not so much work, I can help with that too.
