Pinehurst Real Estate Broker Says Goodbye to 2010 - 2011 Bring it On
Just had what will probably be my final closing of the year. It is a golf front lot in a gated community near Pinehurst and the lot that had been on the market for about 2 years. He got what he paid for it in 2007, which I think is a great deal especially since it has been so hard to sell lots in this market. So on to the new year.
I've been taking webinars and learning about all the new technology and really trying to get a solid social media campaign going. Rain Camp got me started enthusiastically, and now I'm learning so much new and exciting stuff. For example
- How to get noticed and be relevant on Twiitter
- Using Facebook pages to get in front of as many people as possible
- Blogging for SEO and sharing ideas and information
- Getting organized and focused and concentrate on what is working
There were so many websites recommended by Ben at RainCamp and this week on the webinars I may not ever have time to sell real estate! Actually, once the learning curve is over, and I have a strong plan to implement I am condifedent I will be successfull in 2011!
