Anita, That's some pretty great architectural flair on this home. Our area you'd probably be 300k and higher to get the same. Looks like living in your Georgia market area gives you some signficant return on your dollar!

Joshua...Yes, very affordable and a decent size house/lot thrown in too. ;-)

BLiz...Most of our subdivisions are cookie-cutter but every once in awhile a builder will try something "new". I like it when they mix it up.

Ginny...Can't beat having options! Congrats on the call...hope it turns into a sale! It should be a little warmer today and progressively warmer as we head into Christmas. I'm secretly hoping for a White Christmas but will probably get 60s instead.
