I watched the video she presented by Doug Rawady and even at 4:45 AM he inspired me because Karen took the time to share this information. Branding is so important. Yes, think of the companies that have successfully done this, Kleenex---Zerox. It's true, who says, "pass me a tissue" or make me a "copy". Nine times out of 10 its', "pass me a Kleenex or can will you Zerox this for me"? It's simple yet so true.
