Almost 60% of the loans that are being originated this year are coming from buyers that are purchasing. That leaves a small fraction for refinance and let's face it, if you help people purchase and keep in touch, you should get their refinance anyway.
As a Realtor, I really appreciate several things about my Mortgage Brokers and/or Loan Officers. I call them mine because they are people I trust and enjoy working with. My lenders deal with my buyers honestly and give them the pricing and most importantly the service they deserve. They don't wait until the last minute to order docs. They pre-anticipate issues and conditions that will arise long before they actually do.
