DAY 17 AT WOMEN'S COUNCIL OF REALTORS INSTALLATION

OF NEW OFFICERS~ AT THE MARBELLA COUNTRY CLUB IN SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO TODAY~

WELL, IT WAS NICE GOING TO THE INSTALLATION LUNCHEON TODAY BECAUSE I WAS ABLE TO NETWORK WITH OTHER AFFILIATES THAT WANT TO WORK WITH OTHER REALTORS, MAY HAVE FRIENDS AND CLIENTS LOOKING FOR REALTORS AS WELL.

I HAD A NICE COMMENT MADE BY A FINANCIAL COMPANY MANGER THAT SAID, "LAUREN- YOU HAVE GOOD ENERGY AND I WOULD LIKE TO WORK WITH SOMEONE LIKE YOU IN 2011'". [ I THANKED HER AND GAVE HER A STACK OF MY CARDS TO KEEP ME IN MIND, AS I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO BE HER REALTOR OF CHOICE...]

THERE WAS SHOPPING AT A HOLIDAY BOUTIQUE TOO AND IT WAS NICE TO GET SOME OF MY CHRISTMAS SHOPPING OUT OF THE WAY...

DAY 16~~~ WAS AT MY HOME OFFICE WHEN THE DOORBELL RANG AND I WAS HAPPY TO SEE MY PACKAGE OF BOOKMARKS HAD ARRIVED, THEY ARE AWESOME!!! TO STICK IN CARS OR ON DOORS WITH YOUR INFO. I PUT OUR PUBLIC LIBRARY HOURS AND LOCATION ON THE BACK TOO. ON THE FRONT HAS MY LOGO, PIC, QR CODE, WEBSITE ADDRESS ON THERE AND PHONE NUMBER. WHAT'S GREAT IT HAS >>>THE UV COATING ON IT, SO- IF IT'S PLACED ON THE DOOR OR CARS- RAIN WILL NOT MAKE MY ADVERTISEMENT GO ICKEY~ AND IT DOESN'T BLOW AWAY EASY... SO, GUESS WHO GOT TAKE 100 OF THEM OUT??? MY SON, WHO NEEDS TO WORK FOR ME A LITTLE BIT MORE HOURS IN THE WEEK SINCE I DO SO MUCH FOR HIM!!! I WENT BY TO MAKE SURE I SAW THEM IN THE AREA I TOLD HIM TO DO... (OH! I CHECKED, ALRIGHT!) WILL HAVE MORE POSTED ON DAY 17 AND 18 TOO...

GOOD LUCK!! ALL AND LOOKING FORWARD TO DAY 18~~~ IT'S A GREAT 31 DAY OF ACTIVE RAIN ~~~ CHALLLENGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Joan~ I hope so as well... Looks like they are already I hit. I went by today and they were almost all gone from the drop off we made at the Library.

Alexsandra, it's nice because one sheet makes about 5 to 6 bookmarks, so they are quite an affordable ;) way to go

"RealMan" that's awesome! I am glad I was able to get an idea for you too! We put our heads together and it JUST WORKS ;) What a sweet note and from the sounds of it, your daughter has great work ethic already! Great to start young, my parents did that to us and I am sure that is why I am who I am today because of it. You're doing well with her already ;)

thanks so much Dawn, I am hoping to go to other WCR chapters in my area so I can get good referrals from other Realtors(R) that don't work my area as well.
