Click this video before reading and enjoy... In the last 3 days, all I have been doing is running around... tonight, company Christmas party....
I am taking Jennifer Prestwich's challenge of doing 31 one things in 31 days.
Are you up for a Challenge? 31 Days of December Challenge
What do you have to do? Do 1 thing per day that would further your business. This might be a blog post, Facebook note, tweet, text, phone call or email. It could be a newsletter, event, or postcard. In my opinion, you should be doing this many times a day, besides your normal business, if it were showing homes or doing mortgage applications. Keeping in front of people daily is marketing and branding. But in my opinion, don't spam yourself, do it naturally and genuinely.
Day 16 - 12/16/10
I worked my Facebook personal profile, Jeff Belonger on Facebook, by engaging some of my friends with questions. I also sent out some mortgage related Tweets, and did an update on our Mortgage Myth Bustersfan page on facebook about interest rates. I then engaged with a few that left questions and replied back. if you aren't sure what Mortgage Myth Busters is all about, please read about Mortgage Myth Busters. Please don't hesitate to follow us on Facebook and or on on main site through the RSS feed.
Day 17 - 12/17/10
I wrote this post, To pay points or no points, on my outside blog, The FHA Expert. As you can see, about 4 more people thought it was worthy to tweet and about 20 people shared it on Facebook. I Tweeted it twice myself, since I have two different Twitter accounts. JeffBelongerFHA and The_FHA_Expert I use the first one to Tweet mortgage related stuff, personal stuff, fun stuff, and so much more. The second one is used just for my mortgage posts and or mortgage updates. I try to tweet a few things a day. ps.. please don't hesitate to follow me. Just click on the links.
Day 18 - 12/18/10
I received a referral from Erica Ramushere on Active Rain the other day. I spoke to the client and interviewed him, asking many questions and their goals. I then pulled his credit. But I had to be at my nieces recital in an hour and didn't have time to work on his file. I told him that I would follow up with him tomorrow, which is actually today. So I worked on a few scenarios and left him a message. I am sure we will catch up tomorrow. ps.. that picture is my niece, after the recital which was through the South Jersey Ballet. It was the NutCracker. She did a great job and we are all proud of her. Great job Katerina...
