That's a lot of good deals. Sorry for those who lost them but someone could pick up a great deal. We don't see too many foreclosures at our beach community but a few weeks a go a beach townhome in a community where homes go for 450-650 (and the 450 side is only there because there was a fire sale of late...these were as high as 785 bay side!) and one went for $125,000. There is only so much waterfront and what a deal, or steal as I refer to them.

This is my friend and every time I see your picture, it reminds me of her. :)

Gail...great deals to be had for sure but it really does take a toll on property values. Hard to get homes appraised when the comparable sales are foreclosures. Your friend and I look similar...maybe it's the hair?

Good Morning Anita, Yes it's unfortunate that others had to lose these houses, but the deals seem unbelievable and the 1st 3 are such newer homes. Any idea what would one of these would have been sold for new?
