Builder:  John Rufty.  HQ in Raleigh.  #1 custom builder in the Triangle. I love his work!! Average home price:  $3M. 6 lots in the Legacy at Jordan Lake.

Builders:  Dan Syder and Tom Hankins.  HQ in Raleigh.

2. Murphy Garnow Design Group, Inc. Located on Kildaire Farm Rd. in Cary.  Has done a lot of work in Legacy.  481-9115
3. Frank Betz Associates Inc.  Has plans on website.  Out of Georgia but popular w/builders. 

Legacy at Jordan Lake will have four homes on the 2007 Parade of Homes.  I was lucky to tour them today.  They are top notch from the best builders in the Triangle.
