Christmas Tree Hunting - Speechless Sundays
We were out Christmas tree hunting and our little one went off and found one just his size which he carted back to us with a hopeful look in his face.
It was very tempting to add a second Christmas tree to our household just for him.
Go back and get it . . . can you imagine his little face when he sees it in his own room!!! That's the magic of Christmas.
Christine, look at his face. So cute!! He has to have that tree. It was made for him. And, btw, what a gorgeous little fella you have. I'd be smiling all day.

Oh you just made my eyes water. Once of the best Christmas' I had was when I went to chop down my own tree with my son. That was many years ago but fondly remembered.

Susan - It's tempting, but 2 kids, 2 dogs and a big Christmas tree have already over taken the house.

Doug - They really are simple pleasures, but so greatly enjoyed.
Larry - That seems to be the general consenus. I guess it's a good thing I'm at least a little more immune for both of our sakes.

Joni - I have to occasionally or we'd both be miserable.

Patricia - It sounds like they were happy tears. Chopping down a tree sounds like fun.
Sharon - No, but it looks like most everyone else would have.
So your family rules for trees are like ours for Halloween. If you can't carry it, you can't take it home? (LOL)
Todd - Sounds like a sensible rule. Fortunately or unfortunately, Steve and I can handle the big tree.
