I think what you wanted to say is that the FHA HECM 150 monthly is the best deal in town. This is the original HECM program and many lenders are pulling the HECM 100 due to issues in the secondary marketplace.

Actually Gordon you've got it reversed... the HECM100 is still the best bet for the home owner. It's unfortunate that some lenders are not able to handle the lower margin profitably and are dropping the HECM100 leaving the older, higher interest rate verision as their only option. At Stay In Home we repesent lenders that still put the senior first.
