The Tuscan model has a price tag of $1,927,860 and like the others overlooks the golf course (there is no direct access). This home features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a bonus room, exercises room and office, and there is a 4-car garage. The larger subdivision of La Costa Greens offers a private residents' club, The Presidio (with a pool, spa, meeting rooms, exercise facility and gourmet kitchen; the club may be reserved for private functions), tennis, several tot lots and lots of open space to be explored.
