Positive ways of thinking, brings positive results!
Now I just may be too positive in my thinking, but I've been saying all along, when asked how is real estate doing right now? My response is, "Gee, not real good at this time, BUT it is going to pick up soon"!
Well, am I the only positive thinker out there? It seems the only positive things that I see on TV and in the paper are how well the sales are for the holiday season this year.
Could it be that there is nothing positive to say? I firmly believe that if the media would just start saying positive things, That it would change everything. Sorry, I am not a realist, I am a wishful, positive person.
As stated in the report on the Realtor.org website , Sales will continue to climb into the next year. Now, this I like!! It is still not positive enough for me. But, I will accept it for now. The title of the article is "Strong Rebound In Pending Home Sales" I even like the title. I do tend to pay attention to the more positive titles when I am reading anyway.
I know I may be a bit too positive at times, but I would really like to think that the real estate market IS, in fact on it way UP!
Maybe, if we all talk and think this way, we can make a difference! People are reluctant to purchase real estate right now because of all the negative talk on the market statistics. I honestly believe that the prices are right and the rates are right for purchasing a home or even an investment home. And no matter what the media says, I'm sticking to it! At least until the rates climb too much!
