Not your average Christmas tree, nor should your marketing be!

Look at me tree!

This tree says LOOK-AT-ME while completely shutting out the nearby competition! You can see this display clear across the crowded showroom even with hundreds of people milling about. It gets noticed! Does your marketing plan pick you out of the crowd? If not, then changes are necessary to impress potential clients, getting their attention before your opposition does!

Improve your marketing plan by setting yourself apart from others and then:

  • Follow up diligently
  • Practice consistency
  • Become a solution seeker
  • Exceed client expectations
  • Maintain a professional demeanor

Clients will stop and take notice and will tell their friends and family. And you will reap the benefits of an effective marketing plan while pushing your business forward.

This year will mark the 30th Anniversary of the Jubilee of Trees and will honor breast cancer programs at Dixie Regional Medical Center

A little history of the Jubilee of Trees...

Since 1981, the Jubilee of Trees has raised more than $2 million dollars for neonatal health-care for babies as well as mothers-to-be and also to fund the Life Flight helicopter at Dixie Regional Medical Center in St. George, Utah. For many, this means the difference between life and death.

It is funny to think that sometimes it does not take much effort to stand out!  Just answering your phone or responding promptly to an email is usually all it takes to get a client to take notice that you are different from other agents that they have tried to contact before!  And that tree is beautiful!

Happy Holidays, Wanda! The tree DOES stand out from the crowd… and the ‘Jubilee Of Trees’ sounds like an excellent (and successful) program.

Love the analogy.  I use that phrase in my own marketing as well.

Kristen, Thank you! And and Merry Christmas to you and your family as well!

Cynthia, Your tree will be a stand out! The best to you in your endeavors!

Karen You are right, doing our jobs gets results and will gain attention!

Bill, Thanks! I wish you a Merry Christmas and the Jubille of Trees is a wonderful event and has made a huge impression on me as you can tell!

Debra, Part of being successful is getting potential buyers / sellers to come to you as opposed to going to others and I like the Look at Me phrase myself!

Thanks Craig, My goal for 2011 is to become that standout!

Wanda,

You couldn't be more right. Marketing has to stand out from the crowd, like that Christmas tree.

Wanda, great analogy... I am re-thinking how I am going to market myself next year... I think I did too many things poorly this year.

Wanda - You are the stand out agent in Southern Utah!  With your theme and message I will add a bit to it.  A plan is a good plan if you plan to plan.  If you plan to work your plan but don't then you won't get far which wasn't the plan.  Kapeesh?!

Thank Nevin, And you are absolutely correct...errr...GOT IT!

Thanks Steve, Effective marketing pays off, otherwise it's a waste of resources and time, time we are unable to get back!

Gloria, Now is a good time to put some thought into your marketing plan! I tried a few things that failed but am learning to say 'NO' to idiotic advertising and slick salespeople and putting that money to better use! The best to you in 2011, it will be an amazing year! I just feel it!
