Fernando - you make some great points but what you didn't mention is the time commitment of the buyer and all parties involved. I know there are exceptions to every rule but the time you have to wait to get a short sale done is not always doable for buyers. Especially if they have to line up their sale and purchase. It's very unpredictable.

Hello Fernando,  I've been very frustrated in every attempt at a short sale but I'm studying and learning and I will keep trying.  Right now I'm in the process of one and I think we're going to make it to closing on this one.  It does take longer and more effort but it is a fact of life and I'm determined to be available to help on these sales along with the more "traditional" ones.  I learn from every blog you post.  Thanks.
