Yesterday the Quincy City Council unanimously approved the much anticipated downtown improvement project. The developer, Street-Works LLC, will pump approximately $1.3 billion into redeveloping Quincy Center.
Street-Works' project calls for 1 million square feet of new office space, about 700 new housing units and 570,000 square feet of new retail and restaurant space.
