Also, this post won't do you any good google-wise - Google and other search engines won't know what it is or what it's about. It's a good idea to put some text in your post, such as where it is, what it is, how much it is. The MLS link is just one more thing to click and I guarantee, most people won't bother.

Scott, that's much better! However, you can still improve on it.
I suggest that you do a blog search for Karen George here on Active Rain. She has got a TON of good information on making your active rain work for you in Google and other search engines.
Have a keyword subject title. I would title this post:
Murfreesboro Investment Property For Sale
Then I would have other key words in the post - home for sale, investment property, your county, etc.
Add tags to your post - such as "Murfreesboro TN Real Estate For Sale" or "Murfreesboro TN Homes for Sale"
Seriously - read Karen George's blogs tagged SEO. It will be an education that is priceless. People pay SEO experts hundreds and even thousands of dollars for this info.
