The December Challenges . . . Keeping the Christmas Spirit and Working to Maintain The Business

 

Only 3 1/2 Shopping days left until Christmas. It's a great season for parties, fellowship and giving.   

♫   Oh, I saw Elvis dressed as Santa Claus
In my home town shopping mall last night.
I knew it must be him
Santa is a very slim.
And his sideburns where much darker
Than the whiskers on his chin.

Oh, I saw Elvis dressed as Santa Claus
Hiding under that beard of snowy white.
Then I saw his whiskers slip,
When he curled his upper lip.
Elvis dressed as Santa Claus last night.  ♫

 

 

 

Day 20 & 21: 

Monday was a day to continue with the organization of my 2010 files and some more clean up in the office. I made a visit to a bakery to pick up some items for my wife and ended up leaving some business cards on the counter for potential future clients.

Day 21:  Got an offer today on one of my listings, another one to close in January. That should make 3, just in time to pay the insurances and the property taxes.

By the way there was a time that Elvis would not have to of put on any extra padding to play Santa Claus.  He got to be pleasingly plump for a while there :)
