There is occassionally a Gift from the Mortgage Industry

Recently received a notice from our bank concerning our mortgage. The good news? We had choices. Take one year at 3% interest or adjust to a 30 year at a fixed rate of 4.7%. What would you do? Curious to know how many of you would take another risk and go for the lower rate for one year. We took the risk last year because we felt rates would not climb quickly in 2010, but not so sure for 2011.
