North Las Vegas Home Sales: Financing by Price Range
Out of 591 single-family homes sold in North Las Vegas in November, 189 (32.0%) were cash sales. At prices below $100,000 cash accounted for 54.7% of sales, signaling the competition that first-time homebuyers face from investors. The higher rate of VA financing relative to other areas of the valley can be explained by the proximity of Nellis Air Force Base.
