In fact, the living-dining-media room alone measures 89 feet from one end to the other. Building amenities include 24-hour doorman and concierge services, individual lobby storage areas, an outdoor barbecue center, a caterer's kitchen, and a residents-only lounge.
Although the exact price is as yet unknown, anybody who’s ever stepped into the real estate market to find an apartment for themselves would know that a sprawling property like this one would be exorbitant. When this unit was last listed in 2009, it demanded a monthly rent of $55,000. Of course, since then the prices would’ve only skyrocketed.
No one doubts Will Smith’s capability to dish out any amount for an apartment of his choice in lower Manhattan.
